On Saturday July 15th STPD Officers handled 18 incidents, investigated 1 motor vehicle accident, and responded to 1 burglar alarm. Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:
Harassment-Fat Daddy’s, 2510 E Market St
At 0042 hours Officers responded to Fat Daddy’s for the report of an assault. The victim advised a male struck her and then fled the area. The male was identified and the investigation is ongoing.
Harassment-Fat Daddy’s, 2510 E Market St
At 0156 hours an Officer observed subjects fighting in the parking lot. Two males who were involved in the fight were identified on scene and the investigation is ongoing.
Criminal mischief-Walmart, 2801 E Market St
At 1637 hours an Officer responded to the parking lot of Walmart for the report of criminal mischief to a vehicle. The victim advised his vehicle was damaged with spray paint while he was inside shopping.
Possession of marijuana-Quality Inn, 2600 E Market St
At 1847 Officers responded to the Quality Inn for the report of a domestic. Investigation revealed the male half of the domestic was in possession of a small amount of marijuana. He was arrested and taken to Central Booking for processing due to being an out of state resident.
