On 8/24/2017 at 12:43 pm Springettsbury Township Police responded to the Fayfield Development for the report of an attempted burglary with the suspect running from the residence. Officers responded to the neighborhood and searched the area with the assistance of the Pennsylvania State Police, Spring Garden Township Police, York Area Regional Police, and the York County Sheriff’s Department. The actor was located hiding in the wooded area on the west side of I-83.
Timothy McGee (33) of York was charged with criminal attempt burglary and related charges as a result of this incident. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact Springettsbury Township Police (717) 757-3525.
