On Wednesday October 18th STPD Officers handled 25 incidents, investigated 4 motor vehicle accidents, and responded to 2 burglar alarms. Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:
Hit and run-Concord Rd at Butterfly Commons
At 1409 hours an Officer responded to this intersection for a hit and run report. The victim advised his vehicle was struck by a black Land Rover which fled the scene. The Land Rover was last seen traveling west on Concord Rd.
Retail theft-Bon Ton, 2899 Whiteford Rd
At 2047 hours an Officer responded to the Bon Ton for three females in custody for retail theft. An employee advised the females had taken a combined total of $272 worth of merchandise. They were found to be juveniles and will be referred to the Youth Aid Panel.
DUI-400 block of Cortleigh Dr
At 2320 hours an Officer responded to the report of a subject passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle on Cortleigh Dr. The subject was found to be intoxicated and he was arrested for DUI. He was transported to Central Booking for a blood test and processing.
