On Sunday November 5th STPD Officers handled 22 incidents and investigated 1 motor vehicle accident. Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:
Disorderly conduct-Fat Daddy’s, 2510 E Market St
At 0100 hours Officers responded to a disturbance in the parking lot. While on scene a female began fighting with another female. She was cited and released.
Simple assault/Criminal mischief-Banana Max, 2650 Eastern Blvd
At 0312 hours an Officer took a report for an assault that occurred earlier at Banana Max. The victim advised her boyfriend struck her in the face and broke her cell phone. The boyfriend was located at his residence and taken into custody. He was transported to Central Booking and charged.
Hit and run-600 block of Locust Grove Rd
At 1459 hours an Officer responded to Locust Grove Rd for the report of a hit and run. A witness advised that a vehicle slid off the roadway and struck a utility pole and then left the scene. The striking vehicle was located and an accident report was completed.
Theft-Giant, 2415 E Market St
At 2223 hours an Officer responded to Giant for a theft report. The victim advised that someone stole her purse out of her cart while she was shopping. Video surveillance to be reviewed for suspect identification.
