On Sunday December 10th STPD Officers handled 18 incidents and investigated 1 motor vehicle accident. Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:
DUI-E Market St at N Marshall St
At 0130 hours an Officer conducted a traffic stop on E Market St and found the driver was intoxicated. He was arrested for DUI and transported to Central Booking for a blood test and processing. Charges were completed due to this being a second DUI offense.
DUI-Northern Way at E Market St
At 0210 hours an Officer conducted a traffic stop after observing a violation at this intersection. The driver was found to be intoxicated and she was arrested for DUI. She was transported to Central Booking for a blood test and processing. Charges were completed due to this being a second DUI offense.
Theft-Fat Daddy’s, 2510 E Market St
At 0324 hours an Officer took a report for a stolen cell phone. The victim advised she was at Fat Daddy’s earlier on this date and someone had taken her cell phone. She had tracked it to an intersection in York City but it was not located.
