On Sunday December 17th STPD Officers handled 19 incidents, investigated 2 motor vehicle accidents, and responded to 3 burglar alarms. Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:
DUI-Eastern Blvd at Northern Way
At 0149 hours an Officer conducted a traffic stop on Northern Way. The driver of the vehicle was found to be intoxicated and she was arrested for DUI. She was transported to Central Booking for a blood test and processing. Charges pending blood test results.
DUI-E Market St at Northern Way
At 0207 hours an Officer conducted a traffic stop on E Market St. The driver of the vehicle was found to be intoxicated and he was arrested for DUI. He was transported to Central Booking and refused a blood test. Charges to be filed.
Curfew violation-Industrial Hwy at N Hills Rd
At 0254 hours an Officer located two 14 year old subjects walking along Industrial Hwy. They were released to parents.
Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle-Lynbrook Dr North
At 1151 hours an Officer met with the victim for the report of unauthorized use of her vehicle. The victim advised she believed her vehicle was taken by a family member. The vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen.
