On Wednesday February 7th STPD Officers handled 22 incidents and investigated 2 motor vehicle accidents. Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:
Disorderly conduct-3700 block of E Market St
At 0252 hours an Officer responded to the report of a disturbance. A subject was disturbing neighbors by playing loud music. This is an ongoing problem and the subject will be cited for disorderly conduct.
Retail theft-Walmart, 2801 E Market St
At 1144 hours an Officer responded to Walmart for the report of two females in custody for retail theft. An employee advised the females had taken a total of $146 in merchandise without paying. One female was cited on scene and the other will have charges filed due to having prior retail theft offenses.
Retail theft-Walmart, 2801 E Market St
At 1437 hours an Officer responded to Walmart for the report of a female in custody for retail theft. An employee advised the female had taken $112 worth of merchandise without paying. She was cited and released.
