On Saturday October 27th STPD Officers handled 28 incidents, investigated 7 motor vehicle accidents, and responded to 6 alarms. Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:
DUI-Memory Ln at Rt 30
At 0207 hours an Officer conducted a traffic stop on Memory Ln and found the driver was under the influence. He was arrested for DUI and taken to Central Booking for a blood test and processing. Charges pending blood test results.
Possession of marijuana/drug paraphernalia-Rt 30 at Loucks Mill Rd
At 0305 hours an Officer conducted a traffic stop on Rt 30 and found the driver had warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was transported to Central Booking and charged.
DUI-E Market St at Northern Way
At 2341 hours an Officer conducted a traffic stop on E Market St and found the driver was under the influence. He was arrested for DUI and taken to Central Booking where he refused a blood test. Charges were completed for his second DUI.
