The Springettsbury Township Police Department, Criminal Investigations Division, is currently investigating the Cold Case Forcible Rape of an adult female victim. The incident occurred on Wednesday, November 22, 1995 at approximately 9:00 AM in the 100 block of North Manheim St, in the Old East York Neighborhood.

The victim was approached from behind by a male and forced into a residence. The residence was occupied by an elderly couple. The suspect raped the victim, forcing the elderly male to watch the act. He also threatened to shoot the victim and the elderly male. Additionally, the suspect demanded a large sum of money from the elderly male.

The suspect was described as a white male, no facial hair, having a “raspy” voice, and rough hands. Prior to this incident, witnesses described seeing a male in the neighborhood. This subject was described as a white male, 5’7” – 5’10”, 20-40 years of age, short dark greasy hair, longer sideburns and wearing a dark colored wind breaker.

Through the course of the investigation, the actor was identified as being in or near Williamsburg, VA in 2001.
